2nd Annual Melt Gallery The Moonwatchers Show | July 2022

This past weekend, a real treat was had at Melt Gallery in Picton, Ontario. The second annual Moon Show, The Moonwatchers, reception was held and I was lucky enough to have one of my paintings featured in the show. I would like to extend a thank you to Tamara Segal of Hawthorn Herbals for her special presentation. I would also like to thank Susan Wallis, along with Vanessa Rieger, Julia Lindsay, and Glen Wallis for curating the show.

The power of the Moon is so poignant. Since the human race began, it was always a shining light in the darkness, both literally and figuratively. The special direction of Susan Wallis (and her incredible Encaustic Paintings!) celebrate the theme in the height of summer and deeply explore the power of Luna and its Selenian energy. The works of fellow artists such as Ali Harrison, Lisa Leskie, Julia Lindsay, Angela Jane Lavender, Glen Wallis were among other great talent featured in the show.

Once again, I was so incredibly honoured to be included in the show and I hope you get a chance to go to see my piece, but also every other amazing work of art featured in the show. It is certainly worth the trip!
